Sarah Fricoteaux is a qualified instructor (Happy Horse Grade 3 Instructor in 2020, BPJEPS in 2018, Osteopath DO specializing in posture and sport in 2010, University Diploma in Sports Traumatology in 2009) with a diverse background in equestrian disciplines and the people she has met, from whom she draws her teaching expertise. Her specialty is connecting fundamental training principles to your specific equestrian needs or your relationship with your horse.<\/p>

Sarah has a remarkable ability to assess your current level and will work with you to create a personalized training program, enabling you to achieve your goals independently with your horse. She will guide you in developing your own skills to become even better with your horse and accomplish things you never thought possible. All your theory lessons, the program itself, and the practical exercises are included in the Equideo online training course.\u00a0<\/p>

Sarah teaches in small groups of no more than four people when you start the program. She provides individual coaching for specific issues (loading, fear, dangerous behavior, etc.), relationship development, or precise equestrian techniques. Discover or rediscover the horse through a new approach, overcome any fear, get back in the saddle, and more. Sarah also teaches full-day and half-day workshops by level or theme, either at the Equideo center or at your own facility.
