The data transmitted directly

General terms and conditions of sale
The general terms and conditions of sale govern the relationship between the Equideo® service and product reseller and the customer. Any order placed or purchase made implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. In accordance with French law no. 80-335 of May 12, 1980, all our goods are delivered and sold and remain the property of Equideo® until full payment is received.
Payments via PayPal
The security of the payment between the buyer's computer and the payment service relies on the implementation, depending on the capabilities of the buyer's computer applications, of a 128-bit session key (in accordance with French government regulations). The card number is thus encrypted between the browser and the PayPal server. PayPal is the sole recipient of the card information.
Equideo® is not able to know them.
Transaction security is fully ensured by PayPal, in conjunction with the internet user, Equideo® and the banking sector.
Orders placed on the website www.equideo.fr require prior consultation and acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale following.
Consequently, the consumer acknowledges being fully informed that their agreement to the content of these terms and conditions does not require a handwritten signature, insofar as the customer wishes to order products online from the website's online store. The consumer has the option to save or print these terms and conditions, it being understood that both saving and printing this document are their sole responsibility.
The consumer's "click" to validate the order constitutes an electronic signature which, between the parties, has the same value as a handwritten signature.

Payments by bank card

Delivery of Goods
Goods travel at the recipient's own risk. We take the utmost care in packaging and protecting shipped items. HOWEVER: The recipient must absolutely check the condition of the packages and their contents in the presence of the carrier. In the event of missing or damaged products, a specific and detailed reservation must be noted on the carrier's delivery slip.
Notify us by email contact@equideo.fr , Please confirm your reservations by registered letter within 48 hours. If this procedure is not followed, no claim can be considered.
We deliver to the address of your choice via Mondial Relay or by private carrier.
We strive to deliver within a set timeframe of 4 weeks., However, the delivery time indications are non-binding and do not entitle the customer to cancel the order.
Purchases for online products are available as soon as payment is received.
The costs
The prices shown do not include shipping, packaging, or customs clearance fees (for exports). Equideo® reserves the right to modify the terms, prices, and conditions of sale at any time without prior notice, depending on market conditions.
Equideo® members benefit from preferential rates with a minimum discount of 10% depending on the products, services, and events. The discount is applied either directly or by accessing the shopping cart, provided that the member has an active subscription and is logged into their personal account while browsing the store.
Product Features

After-Sales Service – Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back
You have 7 business days from the date of receipt of a physical product to return it if it does not meet your expectations, except for specific group orders and online products (subscriptions, workshops, courses, conferences, etc.). Shipping and return costs are your responsibility. Only the price of the purchased product(s) will be refunded. This return policy applies only to complete products, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled by the customer will not be accepted. If necessary, cleaning time will be charged and deducted from the refund at a rate of €30 per hour. Regarding the events:
The services offered, including event services, are... leisure or training activities, dispensed at specific dates. Descriptions, dates, and practical details are specified for each event on its presentation page. Courses, workshops, and other services purchased on www.equideo.fr Payments are non-refundable, but services provided by Sarah Fricoteaux can be used at a later date to be agreed upon with the client. Registration is done online via the website. The order is considered final after payment confirmation. Payments are made by credit card or any other secure method offered on the website. Prices may vary depending on the type of participation (with or without a horse, etc.) and are clearly specified in the ordering process. In accordance with article Article L221-28, 12° of the Consumer Code, The right of withdrawal does not apply to the provision of leisure activity services on a specific date or during a specific period.
Therefore, every order is firm and final upon its validation, and cannot give rise to a refund, except in the event of cancellation by the organizer. For the sake of flexibility, a registered participant who is unable to attend the event may resell or transfer one's place to a third party, provided that the organizer is informed no later than 5 days before the start date of the event, in order to ensure proper organization (participant name, logistics, etc.).
In the event of force majeure, unavailability of a speaker or insufficient number of participants, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the service.
In this case, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and fully refunded sums paid, without any other compensation being able to be claimed.
The organizer cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss occurring during the client's travel to the location of the service, or for any incident related to a misunderstanding of the information provided during registration.
Gifts, gift cards, and downloadable products are non-refundable.

In the event of a refund, we guarantee that it will be issued via bank transfer or credit card refund to the original account (purchase made through our WooCommerce store) within four weeks of receiving the returned package. No cash-on-delivery shipments will be accepted, regardless of the reason.
Guarantee
The warranty for the items sold is limited in all cases to that of the manufacturers. EquidEo® cannot be held liable for any damage whatsoever resulting from improper use or maintenance, damage due to handling errors, or misuse or inappropriate use.
Equideo® cannot be held responsible for damage and breakage due to defense or any other action by your horse.
Equideo® are also not responsible for interventions carried out on certain products by a person not authorized by our services.
Goods that have been improperly maintained are excluded from the warranty. In the case of the "hidden defect" warranty, we remind the customer that they must act within a "short period" from the discovery of the hidden defect (Article 1648 of the Civil Code) and provide proof of the existence of such a hidden defect.
Equestrian activities can be extremely enjoyable, but also dangerous. Equideo® cannot be held liable in any way for any direct or indirect damage or incident resulting from the improper application or use at home of Equideo® products and services.
Disputes
Disputes arising from the application of these general terms and conditions of sale shall be subject to French law and brought before the Commercial Court of Béziers.
