This training program is based on a comprehensive vision of the profession:
Being competent with horses is not enough. A true professional knows teach, communicate, present his work And sharing one's values with accuracy and authenticity. This expertise is thus structured around 5 major complementary pillars, designed to build a sustainable and aligned professional activity.

1. The Happy Horse program – 10 fundamental modules

The core of the training rests on the Happy Horse program, structured in 10 modules. It aims to develop a nuanced understanding of the horse, its well-being, its learning and the human-horse relationship, while respecting its physical, emotional and cognitive needs.
These modules constitute the technical, ethical and practical basis of Equideo expertise.

2. The Art of Teaching

Knowing how to do something isn't enough: you also need to know how to do it. to transmit. This pillar enables you to be able to:

• to use a pedagogy applied to the equestrian world (concentration, choice of words, visualization, design, practical simulations, personalized teaching, etc.),

• to understand and use the human psychology necessary for good relationships, for building long-term trust with your students (reading, listening, understanding the unique individual, their expressions, their energy, their type of verbal and non-verbal language, anticipating difficult situations, etc.),

• to be aware of yourself as a person (who you are as an individual, what you project, what your goals are, what students do you attract VS what students would you like to attract, etc.),

• to listen and constantly adapt to one's audience, especially during group classes, workshops, and demonstrations

• develop your own personal expertise and what makes each unique teacher.

The goal is to train professionals capable of teaching with clarity, sensitivity and impact, while respecting both the horse and the human.

3. Marketing – Communicating about your area of expertise

This pillar allows one to learn to highlight its expertise, without betraying oneself.
It covers the basics of ethical marketing, authentic communication and professional positioning, in order to make its expertise visible, understandable and accessible to the right audience.

4. Selling your values and skills

Selling doesn't mean abandoning your principles. This pillar guides participants in the art of offering their services effectively, teaching you how to:

• to showcase your skills,

• transmit your values,

• build a relationship of trust with your clients,

• build an economically viable business that is aligned with your values, skills and the quality of your services.

5. The art of presentation

Finally, the training develops the ability to to present one's work with ease and coherence, whether through:

• courses,

• internships,

• demonstrations,

• conferences,

• or any other professional format.

This pillar aims to strengthen your presence, your connected and engaging posture with your audience, the clarity of your message and the effective impact of sharing your expertise with professionalism and credibility.

To enroll in the Professional Long-Term Training program, you must first have completed the first three modules of the Happy Horse Fundamentals program. These are included in the Equideo Complete Package subscription. Then, send your application to join the training by email to contact@equideo.fr. You will receive an information form to return to us. The next long-term training program begins on September 1, 2026. 

The next Professional Training course in two-day workshop format will take place at Domaine de Chéchigné in Doué en Anjou on April 27 and 28, 2026.
