2 days, 2 hikes

Following on from: Three days of hiking on 3 different sites to discover 3 worlds. We return to Equideo each evening; the horses have their own electrified paddock with water and hay available. Riders can stay overnight at the gîte (rural guesthouse) by reservation.

It's possible to do one, two, or three days. Each day, meet at the initial parking area at 9:00 AM, with departure around 9:30-10:00 AM. Each day covers 25 to 30 km. Hoof boots are mandatory for barefoot horses. Bring your own picnic lunch.

Each day includes: The route, its verification and any contingency plans, a suitable parking area for horse trailers, watering areas for the horses, a secure picnic area with a provided tie line, care and safety equipment, supervision and instruction in outdoor riding including learning knots, managing emotions, gaits, being comfortable in and out of a group, navigating technical sections, reading your own and other horses, checking and using equipment, etc. Discover why our rides always result in happy horses and riders.

Equidéo members with advanced outdoor autonomy: We offer this option to our members who have achieved a certain level of independence and don't require much coaching during their day of riding. You have already completed courses or workshops at Equidéo, you know how to tie knots, understand safety rules for trail riding, and can read horses and adapt your skills based on their behavior. Attention : You are responsible for this choice. It may happen that you need assistance for your safety, the safety of the group, and/or the safety of your horse. In this case, you will be asked to provide the full day's support.

Day Two: Aragon and its hills

Meet at the Aragon cemetery on the D118 to park. A magnificent loop with panoramic views, vineyards and ridges awaits you.

Day Three: Dolmen of the Fairies in Pépieux

Head towards Minervois, where you'll find plenty of views and landscapes. Discover this impressive dolmen.
