A UNIQUE STAY, AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE

Rediscover your horse in depth during this personalized 100% retreat, just for you and your horse, in a very small group, and enjoy an unforgettable experience. An opportunity to share all your time with your horse, strengthen your bond, resolve any ongoing challenges, and further develop both your technique and your horse's training.

What can I expect from this immersion internship?

A stay where a peaceful environment, human and equine well-being, learning, and great discoveries intertwine! Experience intense emotions each day with your horse, or with one of our schoolmaster horses. You arrive on site the day before your stay begins, from 1 p.m. The first afternoon allows you to explore the grounds with your horse, or let them relax in their paddock (while you unwind at the spa). The course runs for four days, ending at noon on the last day. You will have two lessons on the morning of the last day to allow you to travel home at a leisurely pace in the afternoon. We share a final meal and define your training plan for your return home. This stay will significantly transform your relationship with your horse. You come with your personal goals, all levels and all ages of horses are welcome, like below Aurélie and Nidhruin, a 2-year-old who was on her very first stay away from home:

Lessons with your own horse, or with a schoolmaster horse: On the first morning, we'll work together to identify your challenges and define your expectations and goals. Two classes per day with Sarah are included in your stay, either in a group with your fellow participants or individually, depending on your needs (e.g., introductory sessions on freedom, van life, etc.). In addition to these classes, we'll discuss theory, you'll participate in practical simulations, and you'll discover our posture and biomechanics workshops, etc.

The rest of the day includes immersion at Equideo, your individual practice on our various facilities, and your free time (strolling, observations, walks, etc.).

A stay to practice: Your stay grants you access to all the facilities of the Equideo Education Center, including unlimited access to the brand new multi-discipline equestrian park. Spend time with your horse and develop your skills on our professional facilities: a 20x60m Vallabrix micro-sand arena, watered and harrowed, an 18m round pen, a grass training area, our private trails for outdoor riding, the various training and daily care areas, and more.

A VIP stay in a very small group: Maximum 4 people

Environment : Equideo is an experimental breeding ground. We strive to respect the flora and fauna of our environment as best we can, with a stable and facilities that are perfectly integrated. What materials should we choose? What location? What orientation? How can we maximize the development of diverse flora and preserve ecosystems so that horses can live in a privileged environment? What trees should we choose, what fencing, how, and why? Discover all this and ask us your questions!

Stable organization and operation: Maintenance and organization of the facilities, organization of tasks and care, and daily communication with our horses are all essential. A connection is created with every moment spent with them. It's not just about "doing," but about knowing "how" to do it in order to maintain a constant, meaningful dialogue with our horses. Observation, listening, and then engaging with them are our priority.

Working with horses: Observe Sarah and her horses, both in the development of technique and the relationship in each of her sessions, whether on the ground or in the saddle. You are welcome to participate and ask any questions you may have. Sessions are available at sunset, in the arena, in the equestrian park, or even in our vast reception meadow, allowing you to develop your communication skills in a wide-open space.

Filming: The courses for the Equideo online training platform are filmed regularly throughout the year. Watch the filming live, or participate in one yourself.

Stay overnight: Choose your room in our fully renovated, self-contained cottage with high-end amenities. Linens are provided. We have three double rooms (140cm), including one suite. Rooms are assigned in the order of registration. Two villages are located 3 and 10km away, offering all the usual shops for your personal needs. We share evening meals in a potluck style, enjoying conversations with fellow enthusiasts.

Accommodation for your horse: Secure, electrified paddock housing with high-quality 3-height Gallagher fencing and wooden fencing. Organic hay from our own production, water, minerals, etc. Natural wood trough for ration distribution.
