Event Time:

Event Description

“Creating Positive Emotions in My Horse During a Session

Exiting “Control” to enter “Connection”

Most riders try to control their horse's feet. At Equideo, we choose to access its mind. Beyond robotic control or resignation, we cultivate presence: What if your horse initiated the session? If it asked you questions instead of simply receiving your aids? Sarah Fricoteaux invites you to enter a new dimension: that of exchange, of listening first, and then providing appropriate responses.

IN PRACTICE

This course takes place over two days and is suitable for all levels in both technique and horsemanship. We begin with a theory session where I ask you about your current level, what challenges you are facing, and what your short-term goals are.

You will then learn to determine the true root of the problems or stagnations in progress, and then to solve them through the use of the Happy Horse program, for which we will use the appropriate modules for each of you.

The first morning session takes place on the ground. You will need a rope halter, a 3.7m round lead rope, and a carrot stick with a cord. For the riding portion, please bring your usual riding equipment, the kind you are comfortable with. Helmets, chaps, or boots are required. No riding in sneakers.

More information to come. Contact Marie Hureau, the organizer and owner of Haras des Sylves, directly to reserve your place: contact@harasdessylves.fr or 0623474236
