PREREQUISITES AND CHECKS FOR A GOOD START FOR HORSES IN THE SADDLE

Come and participate in a pre-breaking-in course on foot for young horses, as well as all the checks and green lights to ride your young horse, for 2 days alongside Sarah Fricoteaux, Happy Horse Instructor.

Over these two days, you will communicate with a horse that will be provided for you. Equideo's horses are all experienced handlers and each has a unique and fascinating personality. What is the checklist of fundamental handling techniques to learn with each horse? Come and learn where to begin and how to build a strong connection, how to read your horse and understand its needs.

Each handling and pre-start step is done FOR the horse and WITH ITS AGREEMENT.

Saturday: all the stages of acceptance of humans, the girth and the saddle with the first mounting blocks for horses old enough to be mounted.

Sunday: what are the green lights for getting on a horse? We will see the ground steps that allow you to then easily mount in continuity with what has been done on the ground.
