Description

This card is designed for riders seeking fast, consistent results and personalized guidance. It's for passionate riders who want to progress effectively and fully commit to their training with their horse. Regardless of your horse's age or your goals—whether it's handling, physical development, emotional well-being, groundwork, or riding—I will listen to your expectations and help you achieve your objectives. Lessons are available with an Equideo schoolmaster horse.

The card is nominative and individual.

It must be presented at each class to be stamped.

The card is valid for one year from the date of issue. You can choose your lesson frequency according to your availability, whether intensive or spread out; regularity is the key to success. The card will be delivered to your stable during your first lesson or you can pick it up at the Equidéo Training Center.

What awaits you:

More than just riding lessons, coaching with Sarah Fricoteaux offers a deeper understanding of your horse's psychology and behavior, revealing a wealth of details in each session that make all the difference to your relationship and partnership with your horse. Lessons begin on the ground and then progress to riding, following a precise program tailored to your needs and expectations.

The goal is to make your horse a happy athlete, not just an obedient one. We want a truly motivated and willing partner, eager to do things with you, and who constantly asks questions. Communication means taking into account the needs and, above all, the feelings of the other. Let's explore together how to make your horse this happy athlete.

What Sarah teaches:

  • Connect with your horse's mind
  • It encourages relaxation and responsiveness to subtle cues.
  • Develop your horse's confidence: in himself, in you (his rider), in the environment, with other horses, and in learning new things.
  • Evolve with a horse that is self-supporting and allows its rider to regulate its speed
  • Develop your horse's physique and flexibility
  • Achieve harmony and performance with a happy horse, whatever discipline you choose.

Special conditions:

  • Lessons must be booked and paid for in advance. Bookings can be made by email, phone, direct message, or through the Equideo app. Payment for lessons can be made in the shop or on-site (for lesson passes only; individual lessons cannot be paid for on-site), or by card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
  • I travel to stables for groups of 3 or more horses, or for 3 or more lessons on-site. Just make your arrangements, and I'll be happy to come to your stable. Benefits: you can attend your friends' lessons, you reduce travel costs by sharing, it's motivating and helps you progress faster than learning in a group, and you'll see a wider range of riding situations. Important: the stable manager must be notified and must give their permission for my visit!
  • You arrive at least 30 minutes early to take the time to connect with your horse (or one of ours), say hello, synchronize with him, prepare him, etc. When you start with us, fetching your horse, safely passing through gates, knowing the proper knots, performing a polite grooming, how to set up and adjust the equipment, etc., is already part of the course! Some lessons will not take place in the arena, for example, but in the horse paddock, on the preparation area, in the wash stall, etc. Training with a horse begins from the moment you already have it in sight and have an intention of interacting with it, even without having crossed the gate of the paddock.
  • When we have assessed your autonomy to go and connect to the park with your horse, to bring it back, and then prepare it politely and safely, then you will be able to do it alone.
  • If you are late, the class will end on time, otherwise you will make my day late!
  • Horse riding is an outdoor sport, so dress accordingly. Lessons may be rescheduled in case of heavy rain, or adapted (ground exercises in the stable, riding posture lessons, etc.).
  • Sometimes questions come to you after I've left, or when you get home. I'm always available to answer them in the mobile app, by email, or by message. Please also feel free to jot down any questions you may have about horses before your visit or before we meet, either on paper or on your phone. There are no silly questions, so don't leave them unanswered.
