What will the immersion stay bring me?
Environment : Equideo is an experimental breeding center. We strive to respect the flora and fauna of our environment as best we can, with a stable and facilities that are perfectly integrated. What materials should we choose? What location? What orientation? How can we maximize the development of diverse flora and preserve ecosystems so that horses can live in a privileged environment? What trees should we choose, what fencing, how, and why? Discover all these options and ask us your questions! The Equideo Education Center is an Equures Level 2 certified facility, the only one of its kind in Occitanie, having met over 130 quality criteria.
Stable organization and operation: Maintenance and organization of the facilities, organization of tasks and care, daily communication with our horses. The connection is created with every moment spent with them. It's not just about "doing," but about knowing "how" to do it in order to maintain a constant, meaningful dialogue with our horses.
Working with horses: Observe Sarah and her horses, both in the development of technique and the relationship in each of her sessions, whether on the ground or in the saddle. You can participate and ask any questions you may have.
Filming: The courses for the Equideo online training platform are filmed regularly throughout the year. Watch the filming live.
Lessons with your own horse, or with a schoolmaster horse: At the beginning of your stay, we will work together to identify your challenges and define your expectations and objectives. Choose here the number of lessons you would like to have with Sarah (it is possible to add more on site if needed).
An intense stay in practice? Choose unlimited use of all Equideo facilities. Spend time with your horse and develop your skills on our professional facilities. 20x60m Vallabrix micro-sand arena, watered and harrowed, 18m round pen, grass training area, our private outdoor trails, various training and daily care areas, etc.
Stay overnight: Choose your room, or rent the entire fully equipped cottage. 90m², 3 bedrooms including 1 suite, 2 shower rooms, open-plan kitchen, washer/dryer, all basic amenities provided (laundry detergent, dish soap, dry goods, tea/coffee, etc.). Bed linen provided. Meals not included. The village, 5 km away, has all the usual shops for your personal needs.
Accommodation for your horse: Paddock or pasture accommodation with artificial or natural shelter, electrified, high-quality Gallagher fencing. Organic hay from our own production, water, minerals, etc. Natural wood trough for feeding.
